1. Subscription Plans Covered
- Chapter plan — NAMC App – All-Inclusive at $2,000 USD/month, billed monthly in advance.
- Member plans — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, billed annually in advance to individual members.
2. Cancellation
Self-service
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Billing Portal, accessible from your account's Billing page. No phone call or email is required.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that period ends. The subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.
Auto-renewal and renewal reminders
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, until canceled. For annual plans we send a renewal reminder by email at least 7 days before the renewal charge. For monthly plans we send a reminder before the first renewal and on any price change. Reminders include the renewal amount, charge date, and a link to cancel.
Member tier upgrades
When a member upgrades to a higher tier, the existing subscription is canceled with proration so that unused time on the previous plan is credited toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
3. Refunds
Standard policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Because cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, you continue to receive the Service for what you paid for.
Discretionary refunds
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental charges;
- Service unavailability that materially prevented use for a sustained period;
- Errors in pricing or billing on our part;
- Other circumstances we determine warrant a refund.
Refund requests are evaluated case by case. Send a request to support@namcapp.com within 30 days of the charge with the chapter or member name, the charge date, and the reason.
Taxes
Sales tax, VAT, and similar taxes collected on a charge are remitted to the applicable authority and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Failed Payments and Suspension
If a recurring charge fails, Stripe will retry per its standard schedule. If the charge ultimately cannot be collected, we may suspend or downgrade access until payment is updated. Repeated non-payment may result in termination of the subscription.
5. Termination by Us
We may terminate a subscription for material breach of the Terms of Service, unlawful activity, or fraudulent disputes. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused, prepaid portion of the subscription on a pro-rata basis.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact support@namcapp.com before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved directly and faster than the chargeback process. Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution may result in suspension while we investigate.
7. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Chapter administrators may export data from the platform at any time before the access period ends.
